Aeromodelismo Colombia esta conformado por un grupo de amigos de diferente lugares de colombia que desde los años noventa nos conocimos disfrutando nuestro hobby. Actualmente, somos 30 aeromodelistas que volamos acrobacia, patrón, helicóptero o simplemente disfrutamos la pasión del aeromodelismo.

Nuestra pista está ubicada en el área suburbana de Bogotá D.C. a solo 15 kilómetros de centros comerciales, hoteles y 30 kilómetros del aeropuerto internacional El Dorado. Es una pista en grama de 200 metros de longitud y 20 metros de ancho, que brinda las emociones del vuelo a 2430 mts sobre el nivel del mar.

Después de realizar con muchísimo éxito dos encuentros binacionales entre Ecuador y Colombia y el año pasado un Bolivariano, Venezuela, Ecuador y Colombia de acrobacia R/C F3A 2007, nos comprometimos a organizar un abierto internacional. Este nuevo proyecto fue socializado en Argentina en el pasado mundial y tuvo buen recibo por parte de pilotos no solamente suramericanos, sino también europeos y norte americanos.

El club Aeromodelismo Colombia con el apoyo de La Federación Colombiana de Deportes Aéreos y Coldeportes se complace en confirmar la realización del primer Open Internacional F3A – Colombia 2008.

BOLETÍN 1

1. PARTICIPANTES

Pilotos de cualquier nacionalidad sin límite por país, afiliados a la FAI o AMA. La delegación de cada país deberá nombrar un director o Team Manager que puede ser o no participante, quien se encargará de transmitir cualquier inquietud de su equipo a la organización.

El valor de la inscripción tiene dos modalidades:

Modalidad 1: 200 dólares, este valor incluye alojamiento en acomodación doble por 4 noches y cinco días, desayuno y los transportes necesarios en los recorridos aeropuerto El Dorado - hotel - pista.  

Modalidad 2: 100 dólares, sin alojamiento ni transporte.

Para los pilotos colombianos residentes en Bogotá el valor de la inscripción es de 200 dólares y no incluye alojamiento ni transporte. El pago se debe realizar por transferencia antes del 30 de agosto del presente año. El proceso de inscripción termina cuando es recibido el comprobante de transferencia vía e-mail a la dirección bogotaopenf3a2008@aeromodelismocolombia.org. Las inscripciones posteriores al 30 de agosto tendrán un recargo del 50%. En el próximo boletín daremos los detalles del proceso de inscripción.

2. ORGANIZADORES

 La organización del evento está a cargo del Club Aeromodelismo Colombia y La Federación Colombiana de Deportes Aéreos. El Club ha nombrado al señor Santiago Torres como director del evento. (bogotaopenf3a2008@aeromodelismocolombia.org)

3. LUGAR DEL EVENTO Y SITIOS DE PRÁCTICA

 La competencia se realizará en la sede del Club Aeromodelismo Colombia ubicada en la sabana de Bogotá a solo 15 kilómetros de la zona urbana, por la vía que conduce del municipio de Suba a Cota. La pista de 200 metros de largo y 20 de ancho es en grama y está a 2540 msnm.

Durante la semana estarán disponibles dos pistas adicionales para prácticas. Una de ellas en el Club Tigres Voladores a 25 kms de Bogotá por la vía que conduce del municipio de La Calera a Sopo y la otra en el Club Vértigo a 30 kms de Bogotá vía al municipio de Tenjo.

Los días oficiales del evento son 10, 11 y 12 de octubre de 2008. Las tres pistas estarán disponibles para entrenamiento a partir del 6 Octubre y los pilotos foráneos tendrán prioridad en su utilización. En el boletín 2 entregaremos el programa general.

5. REGLAMENTACIÓN

Se aplicará en esta competencia el Código Deportivo FAI Sección 4 edición 2008. Sin embargo, los pilotos participantes podrán inscribir como segundo avión el de otro participante, siempre y cuando éste haya realizado satisfactoriamente el model processing

6. JUECES

El team manager de cada país, a partir del 15 de junio del presente año, podrá postular en nuestro portal www.aeromodelismocolombia.org hasta un máximo de dos jueces, debe garantizar que estos conocen el reglamento y cuenta con la experiencia para realizar esta labor con total objetividad e imparcialidad. La organización seleccionará y comunicará antes del 30 de agosto la lista de jueces convocados, a los cuales se les suministrará alojamiento y alimentación durante los días del evento.

BULLETIN 1 

1. PARTICIPANTS

Pilots of any nationality without limit per country, affiliated to the FAI or AMA. The delegation of each country should appoint a director or Team Manager who may or may not be a participant, who is responsible for communicating any concerns of his team to the organization.

The subscription value has two possible options:

Mode 1: $ 200, this amount includes stay in double accommodation for 4 nights and five days, breakfast and transport routes needed in El Dorado airport - hotel – competition site.

Mode 2: $ 100, without lodging or transportation.

For Colombian pilots living in Bogota the subscription value is $ 200 and does not include lodging or transportation. Payment must be made for transfer before August 30 this year. The registration process ends when the proof of transfer via e-mail address bogotaopenf3a2008@aeromodelismocolombia.org is received. Entries after the August 30 will have a surcharge of 50%. The next bulletin will provide details of the registration process.

2. ORGANIZATION

 The organization of the event is in charge of the club Aeromodelismo Colombia and The Colombian Federation of Air Sports. The club has appointed Mr. Santiago Torres as director of the event. (bogotaopenf3a2008@aeromodelismocolombia.org)

3. EVENT AND PRACTICE SITES

 The competition will take place at the headquarters of the Club Aeromodelismo Colombia located in the savannah of Bogota just 15 kilometers from the urban area, down the road that leads to the towns of Suba and Cota. The site’s grass runway, 200 meters long and 20 meters wide, is 2540 meters above sea level and is.

During the week two other sites will be available for additional practice. One in the club Tigers Voladores, 25 km from Bogota down the road that leads from the municipality of La Calera to Sopo and the other at Club Vertigo to 30 km from Bogota via the town of Tenjo.

4. DATE OF THE EVENT

The official dates of the event are October 10, 11 and 12, 2008. The three sites, practice and event’s, will be available for training since October 6 and foreign pilots will have priority in their use. In the bulletin 2 it will appear the general programme.

5. REGULATIONS

During this competition the FAI Sporting Code Section 4 2008 edition will be applied. However, participant pilots may register as a second plane, other participant’s, only if it has successfully completed the model processing.

6. JUDGES

 The team manager of each country, beginning on June 15 this year, may apply in our portal www.aeromodelismocolombia.org up to a maximum of two judges, he must ensure that they know the rules and have the expertise to make this work with complete objectivity and impartiality. The organization will identify and communicate before August 30 the list of judges convened, to whom will be provided with accommodation and food during the days of the event.
